How to create a banner online!

This guide will show you the basic steps to create your own banner in less then 5 minutes. By playing around with the banner creator, you can create much more advanced banners with multiple lines of text.

Select your banner size

Select the banner size you want at the main page at CreateBanner.com. VIP members should login at www.createbanner.com/vip/ to create banners without the text "CreateBanner.com".

Add your text

Click on the banner where you want your text to show up. You can add up to 12 lines of text.

Select font, font size, colors and more

Fill in the text in the text area field and select the font you would like to use, the font size, font color, shadow settings and text angle. If you would like to see some font examples simply click on "View font previews". When you're happy with the first line of text simply click on "Update preview" to see the text on your banner, or click on the banner to add another line of text.

Change the background

For all banner sizes you can select one or two background colors. For 468x60 and 728x90 banners you can also select a background picture.

If you would like to use a color, then simply fill in the HTML code # or click on the color you want in the color scheme.

Add a border

If you would like a banner border you simply select the size and the color of the border. You can have the border up to 15 pixels thick.

If you would like to use a color other then black, then simply fill in the HTML code # or click on the color you want in the color scheme.

Save the banner and get HTML code

When your happy with your banner you simply click on "Save" to see the HTML code you need to use your banner on your web site, forum, blog or myspace page.

VIP members can save the banner as PNG, Jpeg or GIF, while all other users only can save banners as PNG.

As soon as the banner is saved, a page with HTML codes will show up. Bookmark this page if you would like to return later to get your codes, or if you lose the HTML codes. VIP members can return to the HTML codes via the VIP page.

Change "www.createbanner.com" in the code to the URL of your own web site.
